Hi, welcome to Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue. We are a small independent voluntary organisation dedicated to helping dogs in need. Each year, in Herefordshire alone there are around 350 dogs who find their way into the stray pound. Some go back home, sadly many are never reclaimed by their owners. These are the dogs we take care of, we provide them with shelter, either in our kennels or in a foster home, they receive any veterinary treatment they may need and they stay with us until a new home is found for them.
We are also here to help should circumstances arise that means you are unable to keep your dog. If you are having difficulties please give us a call, we will do our very best to help you find a new home for your pet..

BROMYARD GALA COMPANION DOG SHOW - SUNDAY 28TH JUNE!!!
We are again organising the Gala Dog Show, which runs alongside their massive boot sale. Pedigree and Novelty classes, registration from 9.00am, judging starts from 11.00am. Should be a great day out, come along and join in the fun. Full details of schedule on our coming events page
HELP CASPER TO SEE AGAIN
Our very sincere thanks to everyone who has donated to the Casper fund, thanks to you we now have Casper's bill covered and his operation will go ahead this coming Friday 12th June. Can we ask you all to keep Casper in your thoughts tomorrow. We will keep you updated with his progress.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We urgently need your help, we are betting busier and busier. Can you offer a foster home, we will cover all veterinary costs etc. can you provide temporary accommodation, a loving safe environment to one of the dogs in our care waiting for its forever home.
Walkers - can you spare a few hours to come and walk the dogs. they so enjoy a stroll out in the beautiful countryside, it doesnt matter how much or little time you have available, just one hour per week can make so much difference.

These dogs give 150% all they ask for is a second chance
